About NuKoncept Events
13+ years of creating experiences.
NuKoncept Events is a Jaipur-based event management and event production company, founded in 2013. We plan and produce corporate and social events, from the first brief to the final day.
Our story
From event management to full production.
NuKoncept Events was established in 2013 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, as an event management company, founded by Padam Singh Kachhawa.
Over the years the work has covered conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts and conventions, including events across Rajasthan and North India and destination events where the brief called for it.
Today NuKoncept combines event management with event production. Stage and set design, fabrication, sound, lighting, AV and LED sit alongside exhibition stall design and artist management, so a single team can take an idea from the first conversation to the final cue.
In practice
13+ years of operations, and what they mean for your event.
Time in the industry is not a number on a poster. It is knowing how an event runs from the inside, and planning around the things that tend to go wrong.
- Experience
- Conferences, exhibitions, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts and conventions.
- Planning
- Timelines, vendors and responsibilities mapped out before the build begins.
- Coordination
- Venue, vendors, artists and technical crews working to one plan.
- Production
- Stages, sets, sound, lighting, AV and fabrication prepared to the design.
- Execution
- On-site management through load-in, the event itself and wrap.
- Understanding requirements
- Knowing what a conference, a wedding or an expo needs from the first brief.
What we do
Three parts of one business.
Management, production and the events themselves. NuKoncept covers all three, which is why the plan and the build stay in step.
